Quality of KFC doors can be reflected from many aspects: 

I. Quality inspection. Manufacturers should carry out quality inspection for warehoused products to ensure that products delivered to customers are free from quality problems, and customers can buy and use products with reassurance. 

II. Material selection. Door frames are made of aluminum alloy materials. The door frame is 2 mm-3.5 mm thick. Door leaves are made of float toughened glass which is usually 8 mm~12 mm thick. 

III. Production. Connection of profiles of KFC doors applies high-frequency aluminum alloy welding process, by which the problems of dropping and deformation arising from use of connection parts are overcome and the door is more steady. The door hinges are of the shaft structure based on which the vertical stress is scientific and reasonable; adjustment is operated conveniently, improving the quality of products. 

IV. Blanking. Blanking is carried out in accordance with the dimensions measured, which can guarantee reasonable use of materials. 

V. Installation. Good installation teams and excellent installation process can embody the quality of door installation.
